Ingredients
3 Tbsp hemp seed
1 cup coconut milk
¼ cup orange juice
1 cup spinach
½ cup kale
½ frozen banana
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1-2 Tbsp collagen powder
2 tsp ginger
Instructions
Mix all ingredients into blender starting with liquids
Blend until smooth!
